Shipping Information

  • Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

    Europe: 2–8 business days
    USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
    Australia & New Zealand: 2–14 business days
    Japan & China: 4–20 business days

  • We work with a fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. However, some products are exclusively shipped from Belgium—this is mentioned in the product description section.

  • Currently, we ship to the following regions/countries:

    Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
    North America: USA, Canada
    Asia-Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan

    If you wish to ship to a country we do not currently service, please contact us at hello@i-illusions.com.

  • The shipping cost depends on the type and destination of the items in your order. In some cases, different items may have separate shipping rates. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • EU customers won’t face customs charges. For goods ordered from outside the EU, duties or import taxes may apply due to country-specific regulations. These are not collected by us and must be paid by you to the appropriate authorities in your country.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have questions about tracking or shipment, please contact us at hello@i-illusions.com.

  • Before getting in touch with us, please:

    1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
    2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
    3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

    If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at hello@i-illusions.com with your order number.

    Please note: we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Product Information

  • If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our Size Guides—every garment in our store has one in the product description section. The Size Guide shows you measurements of the garment in centimeters and inches, so you can cross-check with a product you know fits you well.

Order Issues

  • We’re so sorry if something went wrong or the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly:

    1. Email us at hello@i-illusions.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Include photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details.

    We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, only for EU customers. The product must be:

    — Unused and in perfect condition
    — With tags attached
    — In its original packaging (you may open it unless the packaging is sealed)

  • If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@i-illusions.com with the following information:

    — The item(s) you are returning
    — Order date
    — Delivery date
    — Your name and address

    You must then send the item back within 14 days of informing us. Please ship only to the following address, regardless of the original shipment details:

    Important Notes:

    — You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
    — The responsibility for the returned items is yours until they reach our warehouse. Ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit and retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
    — After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise specified. The refund will be processed within 14 days.
